Overview
Grown on Rwanda's highland slopes where cool nights build oil content slowly. We test dry matter before we pick and pre-cool within four to seven hours of harvest, so fruit arrives able to ripen properly rather than shrivel — the most common failure in avocado programmes out of new origins.
