Impact

Value created where the work is done.

Export only matters locally if the returns reach the people who grow, grade and pack. Our approach is designed around that test.

Our approach

Predictability is the most useful thing we can offer a farmer.

A grower who knows the variety, the volume and the price before planting can invest properly. That is the basis of every partnership we sign: agreed programmes, agreed protocols, and a buyer at the end of the season who has already committed.

It is also the only way to deliver the consistency European buyers require, which makes fairness and commercial performance the same decision rather than competing ones.

01

Farmer Livelihoods

Contracted volumes and agreed pricing give partner growers predictable income across the season.

02

Skills & Standards

Training on grading, post-harvest handling and EU residue requirements travels with every partnership.

03

Environmental Care

EU-approved inputs only, irrigation discipline and packaging chosen for transit performance and waste.

04

Local Employment

Grading, packing and logistics roles based in Rwanda, where the value should stay.
