01What is your minimum order quantity?
Two tonnes per week for French beans, one tonne per week for avocado and 500 kg per week for each chilli line. We work on weekly programmes rather than one-off loads, because that is what protects quality and price on both sides.
02How long from order to delivery?
Seven days. That covers harvest scheduling, grading, packing, documentation and air freight from Kigali to your destination airport.
03Do you ship by sea?
No. Everything moves as air cargo on RwandAir out of Kigali International Airport. Fine beans and fresh chilli do not survive a sea crossing in the condition a European buyer expects.
04Which certifications do you hold?
Rwandan export licence, domestic company certificate, GlobalG.A.P. at farm level, RICA traceability registration, and a phytosanitary certificate issued for every consignment. All produce is grown to EU maximum residue levels.
05Can you pack under our own label?
Yes. We pack bulk vented cartons, retail punnets and flow-wrap, and we will run buyer-branded packaging supplied or specified by you.
06Can we visit the farms and packhouse?
Yes, and we encourage it. We will arrange farm visits in the Eastern Province and a walk-through of the Kigali grading and packing operation.
07How do you handle a quality claim?
Send the arrival report with photographs and temperature data within 24 hours of landing. Every carton is coded back to plot and grading shift, so we can trace the cause rather than argue about it.
08What are your payment terms?
First shipments are on advance payment or a confirmed letter of credit. Established programmes move to agreed credit terms.
