Overview
The workhorse chilli of our programme. Compact plants across smallholder plots give us steady weekly volume, and the fruit travels well — which makes it the easiest chilli line to start a first trial shipment on. Supplied fresh, or dried, milled to powder or crushed to flakes for processors.
